Our Story

Our founders have a proven track record of entrepreneurial success in the healthcare industry. In 2013, they started an ambulance company and grew it from 2 vehicles to a fleet of 25 vehicles and 120 employees over 3 years, growing revenues 224% annually.

While experiencing this rapid growth, they were shocked at how inefficient and unaccountable the communications and service level agreements were between medical transport providers and healthcare institutions.

Rather than accepting the status quo, they developed a solution, not only to make their operations at their ambulance company more efficient, but a solution for the entire industry to improve patient care and experience on a global scale.

Our founders understand firsthand the nuances of the medical transportation industry and the requirements of their healthcare institution customers and have incorporated that knowledge in designing a highly scalable enterprise solution that revolutionizes the way healthcare institutions and medical transportation providers communicate.
